Jason McCain CVA, MAFF, CFE is a Manager in Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Services at Johnson Price Sprinkle PA. His focus is in business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation
support, financial analysis, and consulting services for businesses, attorneys, and individuals. He holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation and the Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as well as the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Mississippi State University.
Jason provides business valuation services in the context of mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate tax purposes, litigation, shareholder disputes, financial planning, and marital dissolution. His portfolio includes litigation support services requiring the analysis and quantification of economic damages in complex matters involving, but not limited to, business interruption or destruction, employee fraud and embezzlement, breach of contract,bankruptcy fraud, asset tracing, personal injury, and wrongful death.
His extensive experience performing business valuations span a diverse range of industries including construction, automotive, commercial banking, retail, healthcare, video gaming, hospitality, professional service firms, oil and gas, and marine transportation, among others. Prior to working at JPS, Jason provided valuation and litigation services at a boutique CPA firm in Louisiana.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys writing songs, singing and playing the guitar, playing sports, but mostly,
spending time with his family and friends.
