Diana Gwaltney, CPA

Diana is a CPA and Manager at Johnson Price Sprinkle PA.  She joined JPS in 2006 and holds a Master of Science in Accounting as well as a B.S. in Accounting, both from East Carolina University.

Diana has over twenty years’ experience in public accounting with a focus in taxation services. At JPS, she works mostly with small to middle market businesses preparing and reviewing tax returns, creating tax projections as well as providing compilations.  She works with a variety of industries including manufacturing, commodities, construction, not-for-profit, professional and medical practices. Diana is highly regarded for her skillful knowledge and caring approach.

Prior to JPS, she practiced public accounting in New Bern, Greenville and Asheville, NC, providing tax compilations, business taxation and bookkeeping services.  Since 2001, she’s enjoyed living and working in Asheville.

In her free time, Diana likes to read, shop, cook, and go to a variety of shows, including theater, art and dance.
