JPS Welcomes Amy E. Smith
Johnson Price Sprinkle PA is pleased to announce Amy E. Smith has joined JPS as a Senior Manager in Taxation Services. Amy has over twenty-two years’ experience in public accounting working with industries including healthcare, manufacturing, family-held business, government contracts, and technology. At JPS, she will provide taxation services for corporations, partnerships, and closely-held businesses in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining JPS, Amy worked with several large public accounting firms where she gained specialized tax and business advisory skills. She has extensive experience in tax planning, business consulting, merger and acquisition analysis, cost segregation analysis, tax compliance, entity selection, and international, state and local taxation. Additionally, Amy has an Advanced Diploma in Transfer Pricing from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Amy became a Tax Partner during her tenure at both Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP in Raleigh, NC and Argy Wiltse & Robinson, P.C. in McLean, VA.
In her free time, she enjoys gardening, antiquing, reading, working on home projects, and, spending time with her 175 pound English Mastiff, Bruno, and partner, Dave.
