JPS Provides Family Business Forum With Tax Updates

Johnson Price Sprinkle PA Shareholders, Mickey R. Dale and Rollin J. Groseclose, spoke to UNC Asheville’s Family Business Forum members today on 2015 Tax Updates.  Their presentation included updates on tax extenders, tangible tax regulations, the Affordable Care Act (ACA), filing deadline changes and North Carolina tax changes.

Mickey R. Dale is Vice President of Taxation Services and a Shareholder at JPS.   Mickey has 27 years’ experience at JPS and is responsible for coordinating the firm’s tax services to clients, both business and individual.  He also provides tax planning, estate and succession planning, fringe benefit planning, IRS problem resolution, and review of a broad range of tax returns, with particular focus on manufacturing, construction and real estate development, and cooperative industries.

Rollin J. Groseclose is a Shareholder at JPS, having joined the firm in 1997.  Rollin has significant expertise in the areas of tax and business advisory services and focuses his energies on manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate development, and hospitality.  His expertise is also extensive in purchasing and marketing cooperatives, as well as with clients that have multi-state and international activities.
