JPS Named One of 2021 Best Employers in North Carolina

Johnson Price Sprinkle PA (JPS) has been named one of 2021 Best Employers in North Carolina. The newly published list honors 56 businesses throughout the state identified through a two-part selection process created by Business North Carolina and Best Companies Group.
With offices in Asheville, Marion, and Boone, JPS was the only accounting firm headquartered in WNC to receive this year’s honor. Statewide, JPS was one of four accounting firms to make the overall list. Within the small employer category (15-49 employees), JPS ranked ninth among the fifteen businesses identified statewide and was one of two WNC businesses selected. This is the firm’s eighth consecutive year being selected as a Best Employer in North Carolina.
JPS is a CPA advisory firm that believes in making positive impacts and striving to Be Greater. JPS provides its team with a culture of curiosity, open-mindedness, courage, enthusiasm, and collaboration. During a difficult year, the team rallied and continuously strived to provide clients and the community with relevant legislative updates as well as made concerted efforts to stay connected amongst each other.
2021 Best Employers in North Carolina was created by Business North Carolina and Best Companies Group. Their statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in North Carolina, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. Companies from across the state entered a two-part survey process – the first part consisted of evaluating a variety of factors internal to each company, and, the second part consisted of an employee satisfaction survey. The combined scores determined top companies and the final ranking. The newly published list names fifteen small-sized companies (15-49 employees), twenty-two medium-sized companies (50–249 employees), and nineteen large-sized companies (250+ employees).
